Wyld is an independent restaurant and bar in the heart of Newport, featuring iconic neon signs; immersive event spaces and incredible events from themed brunches to unique events, all designed to create an unforgettable guest experience....we attract birthdays, hen parties and all types of celebrations!
If you are a driven individual that is looking for a fun and exciting journey, then this is the one for you...delivering excellent and outstanding service; working with the General Manager to maintain the five star standards across our drinks and Cocktails, maintaining our five star service.
What we need from our you:
We are looking for standout people to come and make a real impact in the business! You’ll need to be motivated to progress, achieve greatness; make our drinks look beautiful and ensure that our customers have the best time. If you haven't already, we recommend having a read of our reviews and our social channels. This ensures you have an understanding of the experience we give our customers, and times (very rarely) when we haven't fully achieved this, as well as having a look at our drinks menu to understand the cool drinks you'll be making.
You'll need to be available most evenings. and expected to work most Saturday nights and some Fridays.

The Role
- Ensuring high cleanliness standards for the building - yes, this might involve some things aside from bar work including polishing mirrors, assisting in the Kitchen and some washing up...all of our team are multi skilled!
- Supporting our front of house and kitchen teams when required
- Focusing on an incredible guest experience - we want everyone leaving with a smile
- Setting up and closing the bar stations and venue to a high standard
