Wyld Bars are part of Wyld Bars Limited, a UK Based Company whose registered office is Wyld, 1 Providence Corner, 37 Pyle Street, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 1XB. Registered Company No: 11838257

At Wyld, the safety and security of our staff and customers is paramount. Wyld operate a minimum Challenge 25 policy. If you are lucky enough to look younger than 25 then please be prepared to prove your age with valid and current identification. This can be either a UK driving licence, passport, or PASS identification card bearing the PASS hologram.

Our bars, in conjunction with local authority guidance, operate an ID seizure policy whereby false ID will be confiscated and handed over to the police. Wyld Bars support the responsible consumption of alcohol and reserve the right to refuse service to customers who are, or appear to be, intoxicated. Tap water is freely available in all our bars upon request. A random search policy of all customers may be implemented depending on prevailing conditions, risk assessment or police advice. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. Customers suspected of dealing or using drugs will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Customers are advised that Wyld work continually with local authorities to ensure that our venues are fully compliant on all aspects of health and safety and crime and disorder. CCTV is in operation with notices displayed at the entrance.

Our food is prepared in a busy kitchen environment (not a big factory with segregated production lines) so we regret that we can’t guarantee any of our food is allergen-free. Whilst every care is taken following guidance from the local authority, If you require further information on ingredients which may cause allergy or intolerance, please speak to a team member before you order. If you do have an allergy, you should inform your server so we can minimise the risk of cross-contamination during the preparation and service of your food and or drink.

You must be aged 18 years or over to purchase alcohol in the UK. Having your order accepted via the app is not proof of age. If you are unable to provide valid photo identification as proof of age, you may be refused service. Please note, if you are denied service as a result of being unable to produce valid ID, you will not receive a refund – there are no exceptions to this term.

You must place your order and have a confirmation email before last orders. For any orders placed after this time, you will not receive your items and you may still be charged. By placing your order you are confirming that your order will be processed before the cut-off time and that you forfeit the right to a refund if you do not follow this. It is not possible to amend or cancel orders once they are placed. If you have any problem with your order or payment please contact a team member for assistance. All products and offers are subject to availability.

We may offer alternative products where appropriate at our discretion. We maintain sole discretion to refuse service to any individual in the pursuit of safety or adhering to local licencing objectives. In the event service is refused, a refund will not be offered. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is based on inaccurate information.

If a guest is to place an order and it is in an incorrect venue i.e. they are not in the same venue as the one they place the order at, we are unable to offer refunds. By placing an order through the app, you are confirming that the order details are correct and Wyld accepts no liability or responsibility for orders made incorrectly; therefore refunds for orders to incorrect venues will not be issued under any circumstances. Any refunds that have been approved by our central support team may take between three and 10 working days depending on your bank. These terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer to cancel certain contracts under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Payments can be made in venue or for Private Functions via BACS. BACS Payments must be received a minimum of 7 days in advance of your Event date. Web-App orders can be made via Credit/Debit card and in venue payments via Credit/Debit Card and Cash.
