You must be aged 18 years or over to purchase alcohol in the UK. Having your order accepted via the app is not proof of age. If you are unable to provide valid photo identification as proof of age, you may be refused service. Please note, if you are denied service as a result of being unable to produce valid ID, you will not receive a refund – there are no exceptions to this term.
You must place your order and have a confirmation email before last orders. For any orders placed after this time, you will not receive your items and you may still be charged. By placing your order you are confirming that your order will be processed before the cut-off time and that you forfeit the right to a refund if you do not follow this. It is not possible to amend or cancel orders once they are placed. If you have any problem with your order or payment please contact a team member for assistance. All products and offers are subject to availability.
We may offer alternative products where appropriate at our discretion. We maintain sole discretion to refuse service to any individual in the pursuit of safety or adhering to local licencing objectives. In the event service is refused, a refund will not be offered. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is based on inaccurate information.
If a guest is to place an order and it is in an incorrect venue i.e. they are not in the same venue as the one they place the order at, we are unable to offer refunds. By placing an order through the app, you are confirming that the order details are correct and Wyld accepts no liability or responsibility for orders made incorrectly; therefore refunds for orders to incorrect venues will not be issued under any circumstances. Any refunds that have been approved by our central support team may take between three and 10 working days depending on your bank. These terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer to cancel certain contracts under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
